Men's Golf Places Fourth at Adirondack Invitational

Hudson Valley Community College men's golf participated in and placed fourth overall at the SUNY Adirondack Golf Tournament at the Hiland Golf Club in Queensbury, N.Y. on Saturday afternoon.

A day after winning the Mohawk Valley Invitational, Vikings Zach Swanteck (Troy/CBA) placed tied for fourth overall with an 18-hole score of 81. Swanteck has found his swing and he continues to land near the top of the final standings in each of his last few tournaments.

Scott Zwinge (Altamont/Guilderland) also placed inside the top-10 as he tied for seventh place with seven other regional competitors. Zwinge finished the round with a final score of 83.

Nick Schrowang (Catskill/Catskill) finished the round with an 88 and Kyle Young (Rotterdam/Mohonasen) placed two stroked behind Zwinge with an 85.

The Vikings are back in action this Saturday as they host the Hudson Valley Invitational on April 28, 2018 at Frear Park in Troy, N.Y.
